Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy
We maintain a fair cancellation policy that respects both students' schedules and instructors' time:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are generally non-refundable, as the instructor has reserved that time slot.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, log in to your account and go to your bookings. Find the lesson you want to cancel and click Cancel Request. You'll be asked to confirm. If the lesson is more than 24 hours away, the cancellation will be processed immediately.
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice due to an emergency, contact your instructor directly. Many instructors are understanding in genuine emergencies and may offer to reschedule at their discretion.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is encouraged over outright cancellation. If you need a different time, message your instructor through the platform to coordinate an alternate date. Rescheduling is free as long as it's done in advance.
No-Shows
If a student does not show up for a confirmed lesson without prior notice, the instructor may mark the booking as a no-show. Instructors are not required to offer refunds or reschedules for no-shows.
